Challenge Yourself + Live Your Best Life
There are officially four months left in 2017! What?! If I'm being completely honest, I haven't come close to completing all of my goals I made at the beginning of the year. Why? [Enter a plethora of excuses here.] I have enough excuses to not even bother mentioning them!
But one reason without a doubt is because I haven't challenged myself enough. I mean think about it. When was the last time you reeeeeally challenged yourself? Like seriously had to step out of your comfort zone and mentally, physically and/or emotionally push yourself? July. That was the last time I did and it's about time I do it again.
A couple of weeks ago, I talked to my line sister and she reminded me that what you put in is what you get out. So for the next few months, I'm trying to put in the time and work to knock out more of the goals I had at the beginning of the year.
It starts with a single commitment to push yourself and stretch beyond what you think is possible everyday; not settling for what you can do, but striving for what you didn't know was even possible. I understand the fear and even experience of failure. But that is just a part of the process.
