Breakfast on the Go: Egg White Muffins
My favorite meal of the day is breakfast. I really don’t see how so many people skip this meal everyday! I would like to think I’ve had a positive relationship with food most of my life. When I became more health conscious, making small changes in my food selection began to make big differences.
These egg white muffins make healthy choices so much easier. Instead of always grabbing a bar or some other sugary treat, pop these in the microwave and keep it moving!
What You Need
Ground Turkey (or another choice of meat/protein)
You can add any of your other favorite veggies like peppers & onions
What To Do:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners OR spray a cupcake pan with non stick spray
Add in your meat, veggies, cheese and light seasonings
Pour 1/3 cup of egg whites into liner.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked.
Eat immediately or let cool and refrigerate.
