It's no secret that I'm a big fan of journaling!  I've got quite the collection with the cutest covers for any and all my ideas.  I just feel like it's a tremendous help to release all of my many thoughts, ideas and dreams on paper so they aren't always so clouded in my mind.  This year, one of my goals is to really ground my fitness in faith.  Whether I'm in the gym working out or pitching a brand ambassadorship, I want my dreams and goals to be grounded in my faith, not just on my own effort.

I've created the Fitness and Faith 7-Day Jumpstart Journal for anyone who is looking for inspiration and positive affirmations to kick off those goals you've set or to rekindle your new year resolutions!  No!  I'm not trying to preach to anyone.  These pages include my interpretation of a few scriptures that have helped me in the last few months.  I encourage everyone to read and study scripture just as well!
