I seriously cannot believe that it's almost September! I don't want the summer to end! Fortunately, the sun is still shining in the south and I'm holding on to all the summer heat that I can, and I'm doing my best to stay active! The fun of summer makes it easy to skip out on workouts so I prefer to make sure mine are effective and straight to the point.
Jumping rope is always my go-to workout when I want to get my heart pumping and burn some calories. Not to mention it's the cheapest fitness equipment you can find to use indoors or outdoors.
